March 27th 2022 would find me traveling northbound on i35 through the rural countrysides of Des Moines, IA to my final destination of St. Paul, Minnnesota. The purpose of this 4 hour, 257 mile sojourn was to sing the Star Spangled Banner for the Cheverolet and Buick/GMC award ceremony held at the Excel Center all throughout the day on March 28th, 2022. mile by mile passed until finally I entered into the state of Minnesota where my final destination The Xcel center inchced closer. This arena is the home of the Minnesota Wild Hockey Team and the arena was closed off for this event; allowing us to take shots at goal while on the very same ice the wild play on.This footage documents that experience.
